On http://www.macperl.com/mpo/forms/subscribe.html (the "Mailing List
Subscription Form"), each list has radio buttons for "list" and "digest".

The digested lists are named:

  macperl-digest
  macperl-announce-digest
  ...

Administrative messages are handled by:

  macperl-digest-request
  macperl-announce-digest-request
  ...
