If you're getting error messages, you've done something wrong. 
CGI.pm has worked under MacPerl for a long time, and does not require 
5.005.  I suggest you use installme.plx, that comes with cpan-mac to 
install it, which will avoid a lot of problems.

Next time yhou report a problem, don't just say you got "many error 
messages".  *Tell us* what the messages were.
