Makje sure you follow the installation instructions EXACTLY.  I forget what
the issues are, but it's a little tricky.  Try quitting and relaunching MPW
Shell.  Hope that helps.

Actually, now that I think about it, is Shuck hanging?  Or is it just
sitting there waiting for you to do something?  As long as the menus list
the help topics and they work, you're fine.
