Yes.

About 95% of the Toolbox will continue to be supported in MacOS X. In some
areas, like window management and graphics, new APIs are coming which are
arguably or clearly superior to the older APIs. In other areas, like Speech
Synthesis and Recognition, the APIs will not change much, if at all.

Yes.

> Will MacPerl become more powerful with the new OS?

I hope so.
