[MacPerl] Toolbox interfaces (PowerPC only)

As promised earlier today, the Toolbox interfaces aree now at

ftp://err.ethz.ch/pub/neeri/MacPerl/MacPerlToolbox_10Apr96.sit.bin

Inside are surprisingly complete and unsurprisingly undocumented interfaces
to the Memory manager, the AppleEvent manager, and the Resource manager.
