[MacPerl] How To?

I am a total newbi to MacPerl.
My ISP is running a cast pentium 90 and Perl 5.002. What I want to do is
create CGIs in MacPerl that will run on their UNIX box. I just want to
process HTML forms. I downloaded MacPerl 4.1.8 should I be useing version
5?. Any comments, suggestions would be appreciated.
