Sure, but there are many different ways to transfer text so that it gets
properly converted automatically, there are many tools in the Info-Mac
archives that do text conversion, there are many Unix tools that can do it,
and a Perl script to do the conversion on either end is a one-liner.  Why
do you want to use Unix text on the Mac?
