CGI.pm comes with MacPerl.  See the draft chapter of the book re: CGI
Programming at the MacPerl URL below for more information.  The chapter
assumes familiarity with CGI, and is not a how-to, but has some good hints
for using it with MacPerl.  Also, see the documentation that comes with
CGI.pm, which you have in your MacPerl's lib directory.
