[MacPerl] URI-1.00

As it turned out, URI-1.00 still needed some fixing.  The revised version,
which now passes all tests, is available at
<http://pobox.com/~schinder/MacPerl.html>.  I've also put the ported test
suites there.

Patches for both LWP and URI have been submitted to Gisle Aas.
