[MacPerl] Error Type 12 in MacPerl

I guess another post on this subject didn't make it out. In summary,
though, I have an XS module which sailed through the approved build
process (h2xs, perl Makefile.PL, BuildProgram all and BuildProgram
install). It also passes Check Syntax in MacPerl in a small test script.

When running it, though, I get error 12 - unimplemented core routine -
after MacPerl implodes. I'm curious: how do i figure this one out?

I wrote another quick XSUB from scratch after this happened, and took it
all the way through the process. It ran fine.
