If by "the AppleScript list" you mean Dartmouth's MacScript list - you're right. If you mean Apple's applescript-users list, you're wrong. As for the rest of it, I tend to disagree with you. I'm probably subscribed to every list except macperl-all, but I still appreciate having the distinction. I like knowing htat if a message comes in from [MacPerl], it's not likely to have cgi discussions. From what I've seen, a good percentage (and I'll take a cue from Vicki and make up a statistic - 50%) of the cgi questions I've seen revolve around server configurations or environment questions - none of which have anything to do with Perl or MacPerl.
