I am just starting to use MacPERL for some simple CGI scripting on a low-performance server. Is the problem with MacPerl solely in the non-threading behaviour of the MacOS, or is there a more fundamental MacPerl problem? Also I don't see why I should use Apple-Events visibly for CGIs, I just take the command line with the %ENV variable. I don't care (at this stage) what MacPerl does 'under-the-hood'.
