Yes, as I reported to the list a few weeks ago,there's a syntax error in
dl_findfile.al.  Simply put a right brace after line 97 (but this is from
memory, so check to see if this looks right).  Ordinarly dl_findfile
doesn't get invoked.  I discovered the problem when using a routine that
was destined to fail because the library it was looking for doesn't exist
on my machine.
