For mailing lists, Lists; for discussion forums, Forums; to submit ot look at patches, Patches; for CVS access, CVS. All that just to say that I hope that it is mostly self-explanatory. I am not sure what you don't understand (if anything), and would be more than happy to answer any specific questions anyone has.
